Whilst at Bernard Hodes I lead the development of Tesco’s Careers & Graduate Digital Recruitment Campaigns. My role included direct client liaison, designing & managing the scope of each site to exceed client expectations.
I managed internal and third party development teams, delivering on time and under budget. The site has been a huge success, measuring 800,000 hits in the launch week. It is now an integral vehicle to Tesco’s ongoing experienced hire & graduate recruitment strategy.
